*Coaches must be members of ICGSA in order for their players to be nominated.
*Nominations must be returned no later than Friday, October 21,
2011. Selections will be made October 29, 2011 after the girls morning semi-final at Kuntz Stadium.
*All active soccer ICGSA coaches are invited to participate in the
All-State voting process. Food and drinks will be provided at Kuntz Stadium.
*Due to the need to generate ballots in advance of the selections at the State Finals, late ballots cannot be accepted. This includes walk-in nominations at Indianapolis.
