Procedure for Late Nomination of Academic All State

1. A school representative (coach, athletic director, or principal) must personally contact the Academic All State Chairperson via telephone (no voice mail messages) at her home phone (260.726.7043) within the 48 hour time period.

2. A late nomination will be accepted if accompanied by a school check for the following amount:

a. Contacted within 24 hours after the deadline - $50.00 per nomination

b. Contacted within 48 hours after the deadline - $100.00 per nomination

c. Contacted over 48 hours: nomination will not be accepted.

3. The school check made payable to the ICGSA must be received by the Academic All State Chairperson along with the completed nomination form and transcript within five days of notification of the request for the late nomination.
