Letter from the President’s Desk

I am honored to serve as the President of the Indiana Coaches of Girls' Sports Association.  As a longtime member of the ICGSA, I recognize that it is always looking to support and improve girls' athletics in Indiana.  The Coaches Conference we put together every year works is an example of how the ICGSA looks to help coaches improve their teams by introducing them to new skills and techniques.  We are serving our athletes and communities by serving the needs of our coaches.

However, this is a member driven organization. As a group, we need input from our member coaches. We need coaches to serve on committees and the executive board to help strengthen our sports. As coaches we need to step up and take on the challenges of our time, just as we ask our athletes to do the same.
